What are some psychic techniques I can practice at home that will improve my life?

Before you begin your meditation, reflect on what in your life is causing you concern and anxiety. Make a list, putting them in the order of that which most disturbs you.

Now, take the top three things and set aside 20 minutes for yourself where you can be alone. 

Sit comfortably upright in a chair, close your eyes, breathe deeply, relax your body, and quiet your mind. One technique I use to relax my physical body is to tense up each body part for ten seconds, starting with my toes and feet and working my way up, and then releasing it, moving on to the next body part. You should feel much lighter as you take your attention up your body.  

Once you feel relaxed, ask yourself, “How can I achieve peace of mind around ________?” Name that first issue you had.

Now, reach out to the universe for answers. Ask for guidance. Be aware of the silence, and any messages that come through, such as colored lights, sounds, images, thoughts. The answers you receive can manifest in a variety of ways.

When you’ve finished your meditation, reflect on how you feel, and the messages you received. Do you feel more peaceful, or lighter? Do you know what decision or next step you will take? Do you have any more insight on your needs, or the needs of others around you? If it’s a problem that cannot be resolved, do you feel any more peace with it, and better able to manage that concern until the issue passes?

Daily meditation can help you develop psychic abilities and allow you to connect with yourself, and the universe, helping you achieve greater peace for yourself and others around you. We are all connected. We just need to take the time to make the connection.

Using Psychic Intuition To Uncover Your Life’s Purpose

Find about twenty minutes during which you know you will not be disturbed. Sit in a chair in a relaxed position, and close your eyes. Slow your breathing and try to empty your mind. You may want to visualize your mind as a vast, blank chalkboard. Another technique I like is to imagine that there is a bright, strong light, such as the sun, shining down on you, entering your body from the top of your head, and filling each body part with its warmth right down to, and out, your feet. As the light washes through you, imagine it cleansing away the day’s thoughts, anxieties, and concerns.

Once you feel calm and relaxed, bring to mind the questions you’ve been pondering about your life’s direction and purpose. See clearly where you are, and ask yourself where you want to be, where you are meant to be. If you want to know what course of action to take with regard to a specific decision, ask now. Wait, and listen to what your intuition – your senses, your feelings – tell you. Be alert to the messages you receive. Know that these messages can come in various forms, like words spoken, sounds, lights, visions, and so on.

Expressing gratitude has the ability to shift your mindset, “unsticking” you from negative thoughts or patterns. When you open your eyes and acknowledge all the good that you have been blessed with, you invite even more of the same into your life by believing that you are worthy and deserving of good things.

How to heal negative emotions

A large part of being able to receive and feel worthy of good things is healing negative emotions and patterns that we have accumulated in our lifetimes. Only when you free these channels and open yourself to more positive energy can the good flow in. It’s much like a house cleansing ritual. You need to clear away the negative residual energy and balance the environment, in order to allow for positive energy to come in.

We all experience challenges in our lives, but we must not let them negatively affect our future. If you don’t address these issues, and learn from them, you may find yourself repeating mistakes and getting involved in bad relationships, or making poor decisions over and over.
